Privacy Policy

We only collect what you choose to share with us:

• Enquiry form: parent or guardian name, phone number, email (optional), child’s name, child’s age, the program you are interested in and any message you write.
• Calls, WhatsApp and email: whatever you share when you contact the admissions office directly.

This website does not use advertising or analytics trackers, does not set its own cookies, and does not ask you to create an account.

We only receive a child’s details from their parent or guardian, and only to respond to an admission enquiry. By submitting the enquiry form you confirm that you are the child’s parent or lawful guardian and consent to us using these details for that purpose. We never use children’s data for marketing, profiling or advertising.

• To call or write back about your enquiry, arrange a campus visit and guide you through admission.
• To answer questions you ask us.
• To keep simple records of enquiries so we do not contact you twice.

We do not sell or rent personal information. Enquiries are seen only by the admissions office of Sri Sharada International School and the Sri Sharada Foundation Trust. We may share information where the law requires it.

A few parts of the site are provided by other companies, who have their own privacy policies:

• Google Maps — the map on the Admissions & Contact page is loaded from Google, which may set its own cookies when you view it.
• Google Forms — summer camp registration opens a Google Form in a new tab. What you enter there is collected by Google for the school and used only to arrange the camp.
• WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube — links to these open the service directly; we only see what you send us there.

Photos on this website show life at our school and are published with the consent of families. If you would like a photo of your child removed, write to sscl.koppal@gmail.com and we will take it down promptly. Please do not copy or reuse these photos.

Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to handle the admission process — normally no more than one academic year — unless your child joins the school, in which case school records policies apply. The website is served only over secure HTTPS, and access to enquiries is limited to the staff who handle them.

You may ask to see, correct or delete the information you gave us, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Write to sscl.koppal@gmail.com or call +91 86608 31266 (9 am – 5 pm, Monday to Saturday). We will respond within a reasonable time.
